You can use this form to enquire about the availability of our education room. Please note your enquiry must be confirmed by a member of our staff.
(Including set up and pack up time. Please note: there is an extra charge for access before 10.00am or after 5.00pm)
(Note: on submitting your completed form, if you have provided a valid email address above you will automatically receive a copy of your completed form).

Do you require tea and coffee?
Tea and Coffee at £1.15 each
Tea, Coffee and Biscuits at £1.40 each
Note: a minimum of eight people are required to order a buffet.
If you have a small group then 20-21's café can be used as an alternative to ordering refreshments or a formal buffet. The café is open 10am - 4pm Tuesday to Saturday. We would still advise you to pre-order on the day of the event.

Education Room fees and charges
£51.00 Full Day Booking (10am - 5pm)
£28.00 Part Day Booking (up to 4 hours)
£24.00 For use of room before 10am or after 5pm (Per hour or part hour)
Please note: We require 48 hours notice of cancellations. Failure to do so will incur a £15.00 charge and a charge for refreshments.
Note: These prices do not include VAT and are subject to change in April 2007.
