Before you report a missed collection, remember to ask yourself the following questions;
- Was your bin/box out at the correct time?
- Was it out on the correct day?
- Was your collection day affected by a bank holiday this week?
- Did your bin/box contain the correct material?

Please note - The council provides assisted collections to householders who are unable to present their waste containers for emptying due to a physical or medical condition. This service involves the collection and return of all general waste and recycling containers to the usual point of storage outside the property. Residents must have already registered with the council to benefit from this service. |
