Highways Act 1980 Section 139 & 140

We require at least three working days notice to process your application for a skip permit. No skip can be placed without a valid permit.

If you have not already done so we advise you to read our guidelines for placing a builder's skip on the highway. This will ensure that you meet all the necessary criteria for receiving the permit. The costs for placing a skip can be found on the skip licences page.
