- CRB/Police check(s)
- County Court Judgement information
- Public liability insurance
- Business documentation
You can save this form at any point and return to it at a later date if you
do not have all the information to hand.
We will contact you within five working days of receiving your completed
form. There is a membership fee (due pro rata from1 August each year) which is
currently £50 plus VAT (£58.75). The fee is payable following acceptance into
the home services directory. |
